¿Dónde se está Analizando la Nueva Participación Ciudadana? Una mirada desde la Literatura Internacional de Gobierno Abierto.
Resumen
Esta investigación pretende explorar datos sobre dónde se está analizando la participación ciudadana dentro de una nueva tendencia de un modelo de gestión pública llamado “gobierno abierto”. Para ello, se ofrecerán los resultados de una investigación sobre las principales publicaciones académicas que recogen artículos relacionadas con el GA y se ofrecerá una visión que busca aproximarse a la investigación sobre la nueva participación bajo ese nuevo paradigma de gestión. En concreto, se presentan datos categorizados que muestran atributos de las investigaciones más recientes sobre participación, la investigación considera un periodo de cinco años de 2011 a 2015 y tres revistas científicas: Information Polity (IP); Government Information Quarterly (GIQ); eJournal of eDemocracy and Open Government (JeDEM). El estudio parte de la pregunta de ¿Dónde se está analizando la participación dentro del gobierno abierto? Con ello, se muestra un aspecto la participación dentro del GA y se obtienen conclusiones acerca de las nuevas connotaciones de la participación ciudadana digital.
