The Nintendo Switch is looking like the hot ticket this holiday season. The new living room/handheld hybrid console has been on fire ever since launch, and I expect it to be pretty difficult to find for the next couple of weeks, even if supply has been somewhat stable for the early fall. As such, this is bound to be a popular item on Black Friday, both because of how well it works as a gift and how well it works as pretty much everything else. Unfortunately Nintendo is not a famous discounter, and you're going to have a hard time finding steep discounts on anything. There are still markdowns to be had on Switch-related products, however. If you're looking for discounts on the Nintendo Switch itself, you're out of luck. Hardware rarely sees discounts in its first year, and the Switch still sells out regularly enough that Nintendo has no incentive to drop the price, even temporarily.
